Day Twenty One
In our natural world it is very common for a child to resemble his or her parents. We don’t think anything of it, as a matter of fact, we expect a child to resemble, imitate and have the same general characteristics of his or her parents. When you were born – again, your Father became the Almighty Creator, God of the universe and as such you are to resemble, imitate and adopt the same characteristics as God. To help us, God sent Jesus Christ in the form of a man, so that we could see His glory, His ways and His actions.
Memorize: I John 3:1; Romans 8:29; 2 Corinthians 3:18
